Technical, construction or similar recruitment experience looking for an exciting and progressive opportunity to develop your career within a local independent specialist? Due to an outstanding 18 months my client is looking for an ambitious recruiter to join their team, a basic salary of £20-£25K plus uncapped OTE and no threshold! , 25 days holiday (after 1 years service), 9-5.30 Monday to Friday and excellent potential to progress with the company.

The Company:
Established since 1999, my client is an independent agency who have had a very successful tme and are now looking for an additional team member to join them. Specialists in two main technical areas – engineering & construction

The Role:

• Placing candidates in to the technical and construction markets
• Development of accounts and Account Management
• Cold calling, sales and negotiation
• Liaising with Candidates and Clients
• Site visits
• Interviewing and sourcing candidates
• Providing a superior service to clients and candidates at all times

The Person:
You will have a successful track record within recruitment; have strong sales, business development and candidate control skills. You will have the ability to work within the fast paced environment, excellent communication skills, self motivated and be a high achiever.

• Previous experience within a similar recruitment market
• Commerciality and a desire to learn and understand the market
• Strong sales skills - both written and oral
• Ability to relationship-build with clients and candidates

The Package:
• £20k - £25K basic (uncapped commission) OTE £40K year 1
• 25 days holiday plus Bank holidays (after one years service)
• 9.00-5.30 Monday to Friday
