Job Specification

Working within a smart, central office, you will be required to undertake the following duties: -

  • Development and implementation of individual sales and marketing activity 
  • Constantly working towards individual targets
  • To consistently win new business through ongoing sales activity – ie Proactive cold sales, Sales Visits, Sales Drops, Sales presentations
  • Negotiation of fees 
  • To meet and exceed revenue targets as set by Branch Manager
  • Develop and implement ideas for improving the efficiency of the division
  • Consistently achieve and exceed all sales targets

You will have full autonomy to run your own business within this forward thinking organisation, but with the training, support and strong brand that comes along with working for the industry leader.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have the self-motivation, drive and ambition to be able to take on this responsibility to run your own desk. Experience in the recruitment industry is certainly not essential, but an strong aptitude for selling and negotiating is.
