The Role

  • We are currently looking for an experienced recruitment consultant from any technical engineering sector to join a growing office specialising within the Nuclear divisions (Contract and Perms).
  • You will be expected to build on established relationships but to also bring in new clients and revenue across the UK. Some of the worlds most prestigious Engineering and Technical companies are on my clients database.
  • With your experience you will play a major part in the development and growth of the brand throughout the UK market.
  • You will develop an understanding of their client's requirements, then identify potential staff through existing contacts or by advertising roles/headhunting.
  • You will assess candidates' skills through interviews, tests and background checks, and then make recommendations to your client.
  • Consultants provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
  • Developing solid relationships with clients is integral to the role.

Key Experience Required

  • You will have a minimum of 1 years Recruitment experience.
  • This experience must have been within a Technical discipline

Package

  • upto £28K (dpending on experience)
  • excellent un-capped commission
  • OTE £45K
